About the Role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team at Airport Authority Hong Kong. This role will involve supporting the IT Manager in implementing IT systems at Dongguan Logistics Park and working closely with the Managers on IT systems implementation and planning.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning, directing, and monitoring the performance of the implementation team;
  • Coordinating with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and precise delivery;
  • Assisting the HKIALP IT team in Dongguan to ensure smooth systems operations;
  • Providing instructions and expert advice to the supporting team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience, including 3 years in project management and stakeholder engagement;
  • Proven systems development and support experience in large-scale, mission-critical systems;
  • Strong business sense, good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Self-motivated with business acumen and teamwork mindset;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin, and English.
