This is a new role created due to strong business growth, requiring an IT Business Analyst / Project Manager with expertise in Agile Methodologies and financial products across various asset classes.

The ideal candidate will drive overall programme status, ensuring technology deliveries meet plans, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and coordinating system solutions. They will lead end-to-end project delivery, planning, and collaboration with internal and external teams. Proactive management of scope changes, identification of potential crises, and devising contingency plans are essential skills required.

The successful candidate will have strong delivery management experience in an investment banking environment, excellent project management skills, and knowledge of Capital Markets traded products. Understanding of Agile Methodologies and technical design/implementation decisions is also necessary. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple systems teams are expected.

This mid-senior level position offers a full-time employment opportunity within the Financial Services industry.
