This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team and make a real difference. As a Senior Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating effective quality assurance activities to promote delivery excellence and sustainable development of the quality management system across Hong Kong and overseas offices
  • Assisting in both internal and external audits
  • Coordinating training activities and performing post-training performance analysis for continuous improvement
  • Collecting and analyzing data to generate reports relating to dynamic business needs
  • Proactively managing quality tasks with stamina on risk-based thinking
  • Revising and maintaining controlled documents, including but not limited to forms and procedure manuals

Key Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT profession / Quality Assurance
  • Knowledgeable in SDLC, end-to-end testing and agile methodologies
  • Experience in developing testing plan
  • Experience in ISO standards, risk management or programming (such as Macro, SQL and Java) is a definite advantage
  • Preferred working experience in BSS/OSS systems or software product development
  • A self-starter with good analytical and problem solving skills to manage and organise multiple tasks
  • Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
