The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve measurable business results.

This role requires expertise in B2B lead generation, e-commerce campaigns, and marketing strategies for international markets.

The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking, data analysis, and strategic execution to deliver exceptional ROI.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns to drive lead generation and e-commerce sales.
  • Create compelling ad copy and strategies tailored to target audiences, conducting A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Adapt campaigns for diverse markets, considering segmentation and cultural preferences.
  • Design and implement B2B campaigns to generate high-quality leads, optimizing for CPL and conversion rates.
  • Execute e-commerce strategies, including Shopping Ads and remarketing, to improve metrics like AOV and cart abandonment.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Work with the Data Analysis team to track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Break down campaign results by region and market to inform future strategies, especially for international campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including content, designers, and the SEO team to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
