Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our Line Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers in performing maintenance tasks, defect troubleshooting, and rectification;
  • Lead a team of mechanics to maintain daily operations;
  • Plan and allocate manpower according to work programs and qualifications required for day-to-day aircraft maintenance activities;
  • Ensure safety procedures and airworthiness regulations are strictly complied with;
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation and work cards;
  • Ensure all vehicles and facilities are clean and tidy during shifts;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Line Maintenance.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field;
  • Over 8 years of experience in airlines M&E/MRO, including 2 years of supervisory experience;
  • Familiarity with the Airbus A320 series is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work in a team environment and make sound judgments;
  • Willingness to work variable shifts;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, with Chinese language skills a plus.
