**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage daily purchasing activities, including procurement planning, vendor selection, and contract administration
  • Oversee purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and quality control
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best prices for the company
  • Provide guidance to junior staff members on conducting regular price comparisons and suggesting strategies to reduce costs
  • Monitor daily purchases and report on monthly purchasing activities with analysis

**Requirements**

  • University degree holder
  • At least 8 years of purchasing experience in construction companies
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
