Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend comprehensive training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching techniques and technologies.
  • Develop custom lesson plans for students of varying skill levels, leveraging professional expertise and data-driven feedback.
  • Recommend relevant GOLFTEC services, including club fittings, outdoor playing lessons, and short game lessons.
  • Document each lesson given and publish recaps using our proprietary TECSWING teaching software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Training Center environment, equipment, and technology.
  • Perform daily opening and closing functions, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Pursue ongoing education to enhance skills through distance learning, seminars, and other opportunities.
  • Demonstrate physical capabilities to perform tasks such as standing, bending, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods and lifting items weighing over 30 pounds.

Compensation Package:

GOLFTEC Coaches enjoy a competitive base hourly rate, plus commissions, bonus opportunities, and performance-based components. Our compensation structure rewards individual and team performance, with monthly commissions and bonuses tied to center performance and personal achievements.
