We are seeking an experienced Secondary Guidance Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of bright, ambitious young minds. Responsibilities include:

University & Career Guidance:
• Providing tailored advice on university/college applications, ensuring students make informed choices aligned with their goals and aspirations.
• Supporting students in writing personal statements, preparing for interviews, and navigating admissions processes, with a strong understanding of global university systems.

Social & Emotional Support:
• Offering individual and group counselling to address personal, social, and academic challenges.
• Collaborating with parents, teachers, and external professionals to create a supportive environment that fosters student well-being.

Learning Support:
• Identifying and supporting students with learning needs, implementing strategies to promote academic success.
• Partnering with faculty to develop individualized plans for students requiring additional support.

Community Engagement:
• Facilitating workshops, seminars, and events to promote career awareness, emotional intelligence, and life skills.

Requirements:
• A degree or Masters in counselling, psychology, education, or a related field.
