About the Role:
The Hong Kong Sports Institute is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing academic support to our elite athletes, including tutoring, mentoring, and guidance.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide academic support to student-athletes, including tutoring, mentoring, and guidance;
  • To develop and implement academic programs that meet the needs of our athletes;
  • To collaborate with coaches and trainers to ensure that our athletes receive comprehensive support.

Requirements:
  • Currently registered as a Year 2 or above University Student or graduated within two years in the local tertiary institutions;
  • Studying in a related discipline for subject tutoring;
  • GPA achieved 3.0 or above;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Awareness/knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.
