Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Team Lead at A. Lange & Söhne, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and excellence in our boutique. Your key responsibilities will include:

SALES
  • Exceed boutique budgets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing sales teams to achieve brand retail strategy goals.
  • Plan and execute monthly meetings and actions to drive sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales figures to refine future sales projections and ensure maximum market satisfaction.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
  • Lead the boutique team by setting clear objectives, responsibilities, and brand standards.
  • Develop and coach team members to reach sales and operational objectives.
  • Plan and implement team-building activities to foster a sense of belonging and pride in working at A. Lange & Söhne.
STORE MANAGEMENT
  • Maintain a high level of display, visual merchandising, and boutique condition and environment, in line with brand guidelines.
  • Act as the face of the boutique and brand ambassador, building brand and boutique awareness and equity.
STORE OPERATION MANAGEMENT
  • Comply with group and brand procedures, identifying issues and proposing solutions to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Manage store stock quality, quantity, and backorders, ensuring accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and yearly stocktaking and quality control.
FINANCIAL CONTROL & CASH REGISTRY
  • Comply with procedures and legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
  • Control cash register and ensure financial accuracy.
REPORTING
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales to brand director and area sales manager.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing operations to define action plans for implementation.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & CRM-RELATED ACTIVITIES
  • Define store navigation scenario and mobilize sales associates to deliver Lange selling ceremony.
  • Generate interest in target prospects and convert to boutique customers, developing specific programs to acquire new high-potential customers.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring special attention to existing and new VIP customers to maintain loyalty.
REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
  • Develop agile communication and cooperation with other boutique managers in the same region.
  • Participate in Lange international retail community activities, sharing insights, opportunities, and best practices to increase overall retail performance and nurture a supportive Lange retail culture.
