Senior Manager / Manager, Credit Administration

Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Manager / Manager, Credit Administration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement credit facility letters and security documents for corporate banking clients and private banking clients, ensuring compliance with credit approval.
  2. Review and process loan documents, including bilateral and syndication loans, to ensure conditions precedent are met.
  3. Provide administrative support, including excel reports and timely submission of returns and reports to regulators and head office.
  4. Support credit filing and UAT tasks, as well as perform other ad hoc projects or assignments.

Requirements

  1. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines, with relevant qualifications in law and legal areas.
  2. At least 5 years' experience in corporate banking and private banking, with a strong understanding of legal requirements for credit facility documents.
  3. Excellent credit-related skills, including credit analysis, credit approval, credit documentation, and policy skills.
  4. Strong knowledge of different types of lending and credit documentation.
  5. Able to work independently and resolve conflicts, with excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
