Service Line Overview

KPMG's Finance Consulting team is the fastest growing division within KPMG China, representing a young and enthusiastic team that always pushes itself to succeed. We've developed in-depth knowledge of a broad spread of sectors and services, and we're looking for talents with an interest in pursuing a management consulting career in the Finance Consulting field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in establishing their finance systems strategy and selection, designing the target state solution, leading system implementation and integration initiatives, reviewing and revamping process flows and controls with enhanced audit trials, and supporting post-implementation business process reengineering activities.
  • Collaborate with teams to share the latest ERP offerings and trends released in the market.
  • Communicate and translate complex technical requirements from clients into competitive target stage solutions that address business needs.
  • Lead end-to-end solution architect for ERP focused opportunities, including ERP Platforms, Applications, PaaS, and IaaS, the end-to-end Oracle solution stack.
  • Support client-facing activities related to business development, sales, and solution development at the C-suite overall IT architecture and leadership level on the Oracle Platform.
Experience & Background
  • Experience working in a Big 4 professional firm or a large corporation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion, finance systems, emerging technologies, and digital solutions.
  • Previous experience designing and implementing end-to-end finance system architecture, with a specific focus on Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Overall 12+ years with strong Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, Peoplesoft, and other Oracle technologies working knowledge.
  • Have done 2+ full cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications implementation in the role of a transformation lead and/or solution architect.
  • Strong people manager, able to lead large teams and develop others.
  • Self-starting, pro-active team player that is experienced in working in challenging environments and within a multi-disciplined team.
  • Ability to liaise with senior Finance and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and deliver high-level presentations and output reviews to senior executives/stakeholders and business managers.
  • Experience in performing business and technical team development.
  • Ability to review and challenge information that has been provided by other team members, ensuring the information is 'fit for purpose' and at the right level of granularity.
  • Ability to perform structured analysis on business models to provide best practice knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Cantonese speaking candidates are preferred.
