As a Research Assistant, you will be part of a multifaceted project analyzing the strengthening stage-specific support system for youth micro-entrepreneurship in Hong Kong. The project is funded by the Public Policy Research Funding Scheme of the Chief Executive's Policy Unit.

Responsibilities include compiling and reviewing existing policy initiatives, conducting quantitative and qualitative data collection and analyses, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and coordinating team meetings.

Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree or higher in management, entrepreneurship, or social sciences, have at least 2 years of experience in content and quantitative analysis, and have strong written and spoken English and Chinese skills.
