Job Description

We are Classy Wheeler Limited, a major logistics service provider in Hong Kong and the world.

Salary: HKD 60,000 - HKD 100,000 per month

  • Manage daily operations within a high availability environment.
  • Support project, maintenance, and administration tasks on Microsoft's cloud platform, MS Windows Servers, Citrix virtual environment.
  • Evaluate and implement security settings/patches, endpoint protection, system hardening to protect the Microsoft-based environment.
  • Participate in infrastructure project planning, evaluation, management, implementation, and deployment.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors for project and technical support matters.
  • Provide 7x24 standby support.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognized bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related discipline.
  • Solid experience in enterprise Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft's cloud platform (O365 & Azure).
  • At least 5 years of hands-on configuration, project implementation, and ongoing operation experience with Wintel infrastructure, Microsoft's cloud platform (O365 and Azure).
  • Experience in implementation and troubleshooting on the Windows platform with Hyper-V environment.
  • Proficiency in high availability clusters, load-balancers, antivirus, backup, system monitoring facilities, and SMTP servers.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • A positive approach to challenges and open and honest feedback.
  • Willingness to learn new products and technologies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, with flexibility to work during non-office hours when required.
