We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Liability Defence team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in defending personal injury and liability claims, including employees' compensation, public liability, motor, and property damage.
Key Responsibilities- Defend personal injury and liability claims, including employees' compensation, public liability, motor, and property damage.
- Advise insurers on policy coverage and insurance-related issues.
- Handle complex cases involving catastrophic injuries, causation issues, and novel duty of care arguments.
- 1-3 years' post-qualification experience in Hong Kong.
- Must be a Hong Kong qualified solicitor with a strong background in defending injury and other casualty claims as well as insurance-related work.
- Experienced in procedural rules and insurance matters and have the ability to manage fast-moving complex cases.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese and strong interpersonal skills.
- Adept at working both independently and within a team in a high-paced environment.
