Audit Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities Perform technical review on financial statements of all audit engagements to ensure high‑quality reports. Host meetings with audit teams to understand technical accounting issues and provide practicable solutions. Develop and implement audit procedures together with audit directors, and provide recommendations for enhanced efficiency and risk mitigation. Build strong relationships with audit teams and management, resolving audit bottlenecks or issues and ensuring action plans are effective. Handle licensing issues and regulatory communication. Prepare training presentation materials and conduct workshops on auditing, accounting, and technical knowledge updates for internal staff, managers, and partners. Manage yearly audit engagements of selected MNCs and local enterprises. Lead and manage audit engagements across a variety of industries. Supervise and manage the audit team for selected engagements, providing guidance, instructions, and resolving problems encountered by the team. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant registered with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants or equivalent body. At least 5 years’ post‑qualification audit experience, including at least 2 years of quality assurance experience. Extensive professional knowledge in financial reporting and auditing. Strong communication, project management, and prioritisation skills. Proactive, detail‑oriented, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks. Team player able to collaborate constructively across the organization. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Benefits Competitive remuneration package. MPF contribution.
