Join to apply for the Director (Solutions Delivery) role at CMU OmniClear Limited Manage comprehensive project activities for the Solutions Delivery team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals set by the Executive Director Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budgetary constraints Assess and enhance existing business processes by developing process maps and flowcharts to illustrate improvements Partner with IT teams to assess system capabilities and align technology solutions with business requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to design and validate solutions, producing business specifications and use cases for implementation Oversee all aspects of project execution, maintaining timelines, monitoring deliverables and budget management, while generating regular progress reports Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, process flows, specifications and compile project status reports for management Support ongoing operational enhancements in day-to-day business activities, promoting efficiency within the team Requirements University degree At least 8 years of relevant experience in the securities services industry, preferably acquired from market infrastructure providers or banks Experience in managing sizeable teams and a proven track record in delivering complex projects Familiarity with financial markets, preferably in both fixed income and equities products Organised, detail-oriented, with effective communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, highly motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese Candidates with supplementary experience and qualifications will also be considered, even if they do not meet all of the specified requirements above (Candidates with less experience may be considered for an offer of appointment at Associate Director level.)
