About The Team The Service Stability Engineering Team envisions service stability as one of the core competitive strengths of the company's products. By building end‑to‑end, link‑level risk management capabilities, the team aims to achieve sustainable automatic identification and analysis of stability risks, transforming from "reactive governance" to "proactive governance". This approach shifts more stability‑related matters forward and addresses them early, preventing issues before they arise and enhancing user experience. What You’ll Be Doing Research how to quickly identify, locate, and recover from failures to achieve 1‑5‑10 goals; Lead SLO/SLA definition and implementation to ensure business stability; Continuously build stability assurance tool platform, including patrol systems, root‑cause analysis systems, and risk databases, to improve problem discovery, location and analysis; Define and enforce stability standards, ensuring product design and code align with stability principles; Continuously monitor industry front‑end technologies, organize team learning, and introduce advanced technologies in an appropriate manner. What We Look For In You Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, 7+ years of R&D/architecture experience, experience in infrastructure or framework development is a plus; Proficient in Java and the SpringCloud micro‑service stack, with good coding style and algorithm skills; Experienced with Flink, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, SkyWalking, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Python and other data analysis tools; Experience with RAG/Agent development and tuning is a plus; Strong analytical skills and a holistic architectural mindset; Product‑oriented thinking, familiar with development processes, fault analysis and handling; Good communication and leadership skills, capable of cross‑department collaboration; English communication is an advantage; Experience in stability assurance, patrol systems, root‑cause analysis or chaos engineering is a plus.
