About the Role As a key member of our team, you will: Deliver Exceptional Service : Create memorable experiences for guests and provide outstanding support to our tenants. Ensure Seamless Operations : Oversee the smooth functioning of the food hall, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Set the Scene : Prepare the dining venue with precision, ensuring that utensils, tableware, glassware, and napkins are perfectly arranged. Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene : Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all dining areas. Lead and Develop : Mentor and guide part-time team members, fostering a collaborative and positive environment. Manage Inventory : Keep track of stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management. Participate in Events : Get involved in exciting events and operations as needed. What You'll Need to Succeed A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry. A commitment to ongoing training and development. Pre‑opening experience is highly preferred. A vibrant, organized, and enthusiastic team player who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to creating unforgettable customer experiences. Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Competence in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with POS and Reservation Systems. A flexible mindset, with a commitment to a 5‑day work week. Sundays and public holidays are off, although availability for special events on holidays may be required.
