About the role We are seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Officer - Digital to join our team at Lee Kin Driving School LTD in Lai Chi Kok, Sham Shui Po District. As a full‑time employee, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing efforts and expanding our online presence and reach. What you’ll be doing Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote our driving school services Manage and optimize our website to enhance user experience and drive conversions Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement Develop and execute search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve our online visibility Analyse website and digital marketing performance using analytics tools and provide insights to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive digital marketing approach Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and implement them as appropriate What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, social media, SEO, and SEM Create compelling marketing communication content: copywriting, visuals, short videos, EDMs campaigns, and sales enablement materials. Plan and execute integrated online/offline campaigns end‑to‑end: proposal writing, calendar planning, budgeting, execution, optimisation, and post‑campaign evaluation. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Creative flair and the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content Minimum 2 years of experience with expertise in Google/Meta Ads and analytic Manage social media strategies and always‑on calendars across Facebook, Instagram, threads, YouTube, Google (plus emerging platforms), focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
