Responsibilities Assist the sales team in specialty shops, department stores, and all points of sale. Identify and follow up with business partners for joint promotions. Support managers with daily team management, including processing documents, providing administrative support, organizing meetings and preparing relevant materials. Plan and manage marketing campaign events and exhibitions, including online shopping platforms and social media. Create and manage engaging content for online and offline platforms. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with excellent manners. Write promotional materials and company profile. Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with work experience will have an advantage. Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills; passionate, energetic, open and detail‑minded, willing to learn. A good team player with a positive attitude. Proficient MS Office applications in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
