We’re seeking a dynamic and dedicated Captain to oversee the heart of our hotel—Le Café. In this pivotal role you will ensure seamless service, uphold our high standards, and create memorable moments for our guests. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the service team, ensuring impeccable standards of service and guest interaction. Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, shift scheduling, and section assignments. Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth flow of service. Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, resolving any issues to ensure complete satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Captain, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in a hotel or premium restaurant. Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service procedures, fine dining etiquette, and beverage service. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. A genuine passion for hospitality and a guest‑centric mindset. Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
