Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of the café Provide superior service to the guests Act as the communicator between kitchen, management, and dining & retail team Introduce menu items, French pastry, chocolates, macarons and beverages to customers Working Location Admiralty (Pacific Place) Requirements At least 3 years’ relevant experience from high-end cafés or cake shops or luxury hotels Presentable, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality and good communications skills Excellent guest interaction skills Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Captain.
