Who we are looking for As the Head, you will: understand market trends, customer needs and regulatory requirements; set strategic direction and operational roadmap for securities and crypto products; act as Executive Officer for regulated activities; and champion a superior customer experience while delivering business growth. Responsibilities Act as Executive Officer for Type 1 Dealing in Securities and Type 4 Advising in Securities. Develop comprehensive product strategy and execute product roadmap aligned with the Bank’s wealth management objectives. Build and manage a best‑in‑class wealth‑management UI/UX for active and casual investors. Identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscape and define product proposition to drive growth. Propose enhancements to meet evolving stakeholder demands. Work with stakeholders to implement growth initiatives while ensuring platform resilience. Develop robust tools and analytics to understand revenue dynamics and uncover new business potential. Manage daily operations, review and update policies to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Ensure timely, quality product due diligence. Prioritize development with Product Owner to meet delivery timelines. Monitor local and overseas regulations, ensuring compliance controls are in place. Manage third‑party relationships, completing periodic reviews on time. Requirements Minimum 12 years of product development experience in securities trading or retail/private banks; digital asset experience is a plus. Holder of SFC Types 1 and 4 regulated activities licenses. Previous or current status as Executive Officer for SFC Types 1 and 4. Degree in banking, finance or a related discipline. Experience managing P&L, product and pricing strategy across investment products. Engagement experience with risk, legal, compliance and regulators on product development and governance. Strong business acumen to drive product development and portfolio growth. Sound knowledge of SFO, HKMA regulations and risk management. Agile mindset, ability to work independently under pressure. Mature, flexible, committed, detail‑oriented and a good team player. Experience delivering high‑quality digital investment products and experiences is a plus. Fluent in English and Cantonese.
