Role Description Our IT department is looking for a System Analyst, responsible for managing and optimizing the church’s CRM and other software tools to enhance ministry operations. This role involves configuring systems, documenting processes, training staff and volunteers, and implementing solutions to streamline workflows in various ministry areas. The role also involves other projects such as IoT device integration. The job holder collaborates with ministry teams to ensure technology aligns with the church’s mission, providing technical support and innovative solutions to support spiritual and operational goals. Qualifications This individual is a degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields with 3‑4 years of experience managing CRM or similar database systems. Proficient in CRM administration, including workflow configuration, data management and reporting. Experience in RockRMS is a plus. Possesses excellent communication skills, ability to translate technical jargon into layman’s terms. Proactive and collaborative mindset are essential. Interest in AI is a plus.
