Job Duties Take overall project management lead in the office renovation and relocation projects from planning to execution Partner with contractors, suppliers and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget Develop and implement workplace design standard and guidelines Supervise budget, vendor management, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards Handle ad hoc projects as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years’ relevant working experience in large-scale workplace renovation project management Working experience in insurance, banking & finance industry is preferred Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and leading projects from concept to completion Mature, self-motivated and well-organized Strong budgeting, leadership and negotiation skills, and excellent problem-solving skills Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese #J-18808-Ljbffr
