About the Ideal Candidate 1–4 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, technology implementation, or business process improvement; foundation in engineering but wants to move closer to user‑facing work. Enjoys creating clean, simple and intuitive interfaces that make daily tasks easier for others. Interested in how users think and how design choices affect user experience. Comfortable learning new tools quickly, including AI tools for prototyping, testing and workflow optimisation. Likes seeing immediate results from their work and appreciates the visual side of development. Able to take feedback from non‑technical teams and turn it into practical front‑end improvements. Enjoys building small internal tools, dashboards or interfaces that help teams work more efficiently.
