We are looking for a Club Ambassador based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong

As a Club Ambassador, we rely on you to:

  • Provide personalized guest services, secretarial, concierge services, and food & beverage services
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs
  • Be responsible for mail, information, and airline reservations / confirmations

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline Operations
  • Self-motivated and well-organized
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
