Responsibilities & Requirements Develop and deploy traditional/AI algorithms on embedded platforms ; Design motion control algorithms for robotic systems (robotic arms, dexterous hands, etc.) to execute operational tasks ; Create multi-sensor calibration algorithms and drive development from prototyping to mass production scaling ; Perform signal processing including digital filter design, feature extraction, and multi-sensor fusion ; Implement algorithms into products, optimize efficiency, and enhance performance ; Organize relevant technical documents and draft patent applications . Qualification Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or related fields ; 2+ years of algorithm development experience (including internships) ; Proficiency in C/C++/Python with embedded platform deployment experience ; Familiarity with signal processing and data analysis (high-noise suppression, spectral transformation, multi-dimensional time-series signals, etc.) ; Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and infrastructure tools ; Fluent written/spoken English and Mandarin ; Must have full working rights in Hong Kong before employment，Location in Nanshan District,Shenzhen; Priority given to:Prior participation in robotics competitions (e.g., Robocon/RoboMaster) ； Experience in full product development cycles or robotics industry roles Knowledge of tactile sensing technologies (resistive/capacitive/optical/triboelectric) .
