Our R&D efforts span advanced language models, intelligent agents, multimodal fusion, and Cantonese speech technologies. We specialize in developing and delivering innovative AI products and solutions that facilitate AI adoption for corporate and institutional clients across various industries. Generative AI (GenAI) plays a crucial role in automating business processes for these customers. As a part of the team, you will be looking into implementing these solutions through the latest technologies and most advanced findings. Under the guidance of industry professionals, you will work with others to build AI applications and services. Duties Conduct mathematical analysis of dynamic sparse gradient optimization strategies and design algorithms to reduce computational overhead during large language model fine-tuning. Design and validate parameter‑efficient tuning strategies based on model output distribution, aiming to minimize knowledge loss during domain adaptation. Investigate the structural characteristics of knowledge graphs and their impact on the representation capabilities of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), including developing mathematical metrics for graph structure. Develop and optimize reinforcement learning reward functions, including deriving theoretical conditions to ensure convergence and generalization. Build mathematical models for anomaly recovery in dynamic environments, using differential equations and optimization theory to enhance the safety and stability of intelligent agents. Construct and analyze cross‑modal adversarial learning models, focusing on training convergence and equilibrium properties to support weakly supervised multimodal fusion algorithms. Requirements BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant field with programming experience. Proficient understanding in Python 3.x; 2.7 is welcome but not mandatory. Familiarity with package managers like pip or anaconda. Familiarity with Linux and Windows Operating Systems. Experience with OpenCV, Scikit‑Learn, and Pandas libraries is preferred but not required. Experience with Jupyter Labs/Notebooks is strongly preferred but not required. Experience with Deep Learning and Machine Learning concepts/implementations are welcome but not required. Eagerness to learn new concepts quickly. Great problem‑solving skills. Able to work well in a team setting, as well as taking the initiative when working independently. Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English—spoken as well as written. Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with less experience will be considered as Software Engineer.
