Responsibilities Drive for business growth via cost effective business plans and operational solutions to meet client's needs Manage operational enquiries from clients focusing on operational efficiency, service levels, process and quality improvement and business expansion initiatives, etc. Contribute on new business onboarding process with collaborating with new clients and cross functional departments Initiate and develop business from existing and new clients through rapport communication and regular business reviews with clients Lead meetings and negotiations with existing clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities Establish long-term professional relationships with existing clients, and partners to promote company's products and services. Manage the contract renewal process. Collaborate with cross functional departments to provide high quality services in accordance with agreed KPIs Understand and identify rooms for improvement in individual client's Profit & Loss statement Initial handling of client’s agreement Functional Skills and Knowledge Minimum 5 years' relevant experience and demonstrate in-depth understanding of 3PL, supply chain operations and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry Good understanding of clients' industry/business/products Excellent client management, project management and communication skills Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese Basic financial skills on analyzing Profit & Loss statement Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chains & Logistics or related discipline #J-18808-Ljbffr
