Responsibilities Manage and oversee the operations of property management services. Supervise a team to provide quality property management services to clients. Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations. Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain a good relationship with the committees. Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal parties. Handle ad hoc assignments as required. Requirements Degree holder or above in property management or related disciplines. 8 years or more relevant experience in property management, including at least 2 years at managerial level. Holder of PMP License (Tier 1) is required. Member of CIH/HKIH or other recognised professional bodies is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Immediately available is highly preferred.
