Job Overview You will join the BMS/Controls/IoT/ELV Sales team in Hong Kong. You will monitor and supervise sales activities and help to achieve yearly sales target, ensure the design specification of BMS/Controls/IoT/ELV are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients. Key Responsibilities Support the team to work with clients, consultants and contractors to secure Installation contracts for the BMS/Controls/IoT/ELV market in Hong Kong. Develop BMS/Controls/IoT/ELV base and energy improvement solutions to support clients and consultants on building systems. Achieve annual sales target in accordance with the Company’s objectives and direction, evaluating tender estimates on secured contracts so as to employ the most cost‑effective means to fulfill contractual obligations. Liaise with the Company’s sales personnel to ensure minimum lead time for contract execution and material ordering. Supervise the sales team and be responsible for overall planning of sales activities, tendering and negotiation processes, marketing, and promotional functions. Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customers and meet the Company’s goal by achieving satisfactory levels of productivity, efficiency and effective results. Direct and lead sales teams on design work, tendering, and assist with site supervision and project management of BMS/Controls/IoT/ELV systems and other building services related systems, including after‑sales services and trouble‑shooting. Liaise with customers and attend meetings with customers or their representatives, following up proactively on any customer requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction with completed contracts, maintain a positive, supportive and hospitable attitude so as to develop and influence customers to maintain a long‑term service relationship. Required Qualifications Degree holder or equivalent. Minimum 6 years’ BMS/Controls/IoT/ELV related sales experience, of which at least 2 years at a managerial capacity. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Effective project execution skills including cash‑flow planning and project monitoring. Strong selling, influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skill at all levels. Independent, resourceful, strategic‑thinking and able to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Possess a Mechanic / Building Services / Electrical Engineering related academic background. Experience in BMS/Controls/IoT/ELV solution sales and execution. Familiar with Salesforce.com.
