Assistant Sales Manager, BMS – Johnson Controls, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR Johnson Controls is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to promote our Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions. The role focuses on developing new customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring project success across the entire BMS lifecycle. Responsibilities Explore and develop new customer base among architects, contractors, property developers, and engineering consultants. Grow BMS business and consistently exceed sales targets. Approach projects with a full lifecycle perspective—from planning and design to construction, energy‑sustainable technology adoption, system integration, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and optimization. Plan and execute sales activities, tendering, negotiation, marketing, and promotional functions to meet company goals and deliver high quality customer outcomes. Provide professional, customized building services solutions that facilitate environmentally friendly and efficient BMS systems. Coordinate and monitor project progress across departments and contractors, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project milestones. Requirements Degree holder or above in Engineering discipline or equivalent. Minimum 5 years BMS sales experience with a successful track record in the building efficiency industry. Deep knowledge of Building Management Systems and related building services; stays up‑to‑date with industry advancements. Strategic thinker with strong resourcefulness and problem‑solving skills. Excellent influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels. Fluent in English and Chinese. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Sales Manager role.
