About the role Metrojet Limited, a leading business aviation management company, is seeking a talented Manager, Client Relations and Sales to join our team. This is a full‑time position based in the Central, Hong Kong. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our company. What you’ll be doing Proactively manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Identify and capture new sales opportunities by networking and responding to client inquiries. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to leadership. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs to identify new business opportunities. What we’re looking for Minimum 7 years of experience in a client‑facing sales or account management role within the private aviation industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Proficient in negotiation, contract management, and closing sales deals. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and address client needs. Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin.
