Job Description - Project Co-ordinator II V) Job Description Description Overview The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care Project Co-ordinator II The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care provides the only institutional platform in Hong Kong that integrates public health and primary care teaching and research. The School has been offering a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as well as executive education. To cope with the ever‑growing demand of our undergraduate programmes, a high‑calibre and experienced professional is now invited to apply for the position to join the Bachelor of Science Programme Team (BSc Team). Responsibilities overseeing programme administration and quality assurance matters of Bachelor of Science programmes, including the organisation of courses, internship opportunities, study tours and other academic activities; supporting students on programmes/courses and related enquiries; preparing and managing programme budget, conduct analysis and compile reports; providing committee services; liaising with programme management, part‑time instructors, and internal and external partners; supervising junior teammate(s) to facilitate the operation and development of the team; performing other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by BSc Team Manager. Qualifications a Bachelor’s degree; at least 2 years’ post‑qualification work experience in education or related areas; a good knowledge of MS Office applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; a good command of English and Chinese; effective and mature interpersonal and communication skills; a strong sense of responsibility and integrity; high self‑motivation and the ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision; a pleasant and cheerful work attitude and good team spirit; experience in programme administration and committee work in tertiary institutions is advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test in both English and Chinese. Appointment will initially be made on a 2‑year contract with contract‑end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
