The Role Logitech for Business is one of Logitech's fastest-growing categories, consisting of a portfolio of personal workspace devices (mouse, keyboard, webcam) for B2B. As Senior Product Manager you will lead the development of our products from their original value proposition to their successful market launch. You will develop a deep understanding of enterprise customers and partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best‑in‑class user experiences, supporting Logitech's market growth. This position is suitable for people passionate about product design, new technology, and building products that millions of people will touch every day. You’ll report to the Director of Product, Logitech for Business, based in Hong Kong, and work with a team of product managers across Asia‑Pacific, Europe and the US while collaborating with our globally dispersed Logitech teams. In this role you will: Define the big idea and the end‑to‑end product experience supporting the value proposition defined for B2B Develop key ingredients and experience for mouse, keyboard and webcams specifically for B2B Participate in enterprise customer meetings to understand customer needs and present at industry and channel events Collaborate closely with Product, Design, UX and engineering teams to develop the best industrial design supporting the product vision Partner with engineering, business and design teams to achieve optimal solutions for the product vision, consumer experience, time to market and product cost Work closely with certification partners to get product certified for the leading platforms Drive prototype creations and organize reviews to improve product experiences Develop best‑in‑class intelligence in all aspects, from consumer knowledge to competition Effectively prioritize and deliver multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Key Qualifications 8+ years of demonstrable experience in product management positions Excellent communication (oral & written) skills in English Thorough understanding of product life cycles, UX principles, engineering constraints and design thinking Experience with global customers and products used in multiple cultures and/or by multiple user groups Ability to take calculated risks and stand behind choices with sound business acumen Active learner with a desire to understand the forces at play Ability to thrive in a multi‑disciplinary environment and effectively collaborate in cross‑functional, diverse teams Capability to influence decision within a matrix organization Quickly grasp technology constraints and capabilities to devise creative yet pragmatic solutions Ability to deal with ambiguity and guide other team members through it Passion for consumer electronics and technology with a keen interest in industry issues and competitors Strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset; curious, insightful, creative Experience in developing and launching B2B products Experience with PC accessories (mice, keyboard, webcams, headsets, etc.) Education Graduate degree in business, engineering or product design preferred Location Hong Kong or Lausanne (Switzerland) Travel About 20‑25 % of time Benefits and Diversity We offer comprehensive and competitive benefits packages and working environments that are designed to be flexible and help you care for yourself and your loved ones, now and in the future.
