The Membership Executive will actively work on developing and maintaining relationships with members, ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing memberships, handling inquiries, engaging in account management, and contributing to the growth of the membership program. The role also involves identifying prospective members and promoting OASA’s mission and offerings. Qualifications Proven skills in Membership Development and Account Management. Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities. Competency in Sales with the ability to identify and engage potential members. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle membership tasks effectively. Familiarity with the space industry or entrepreneurial training programs is a plus. Proficiency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
