Join to apply for the Membership Ambassador (Part-time) role at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority Join to apply for the Membership Ambassador (Part-time) role at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.You Will Be Responsible For maintaining smooth operation of Hong Kong Palace Museum (HKPM) membership counter by delivering outstanding members services and experience; assisting members with membership related enquiries; promoting HKPM membership to the general visitors proactively; managing HKPM membership renewal; and assisting in members or Patrons events when required. You Shouldpossess higher diploma or above in any discipline, preferably with experience working in art / culture venues, tourism and/ or hospitality sector; have frontline or sales experience is preferred; interest in or with experience related to Chinese art and culture will be an advantage; be proficient in Putonghua and spoken English, Cantonese is a must; be outgoing, friendly and customer service minded; and be able to perform basic computer and machine skills and function alone.
