What you'll do: You will orchestrate end-to-end UAT activities across complex enterprise programmes. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with stakeholders from different departments to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. You will lead workshops that bring together key players from business and IT functions, ensuring everyone is clear on their roles and responsibilities. By harnessing cutting-edge AI tools for automating test case creation and execution, you will accelerate testing cycles while maintaining high standards of quality. Your expertise in designing parallel testing strategies will help streamline processes and maximise efficiency. Additionally, you will proactively address any issues arising from shared resources or conflicting priorities between workstreams. Through your leadership in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives, you will embed best practices into every phase of the UAT process. Partner with Product Owners, Business Subject Matter Experts, and Development Teams to define the scope, priorities, and success criteria for User Acceptance Testing across multiple concurrent workstreams. Conduct comprehensive UAT planning workshops to align dependencies, timelines, and roles among various teams such as Finance, Operations, and IT. Develop detailed RACI matrices to clarify stakeholder responsibilities and ensure smooth handoffs throughout the UAT lifecycle. Facilitate joint walkthroughs with stakeholders to guarantee test cases accurately reflect real-world business processes and integration points. Drive innovation by automating UAT script generation using AI tools like natural language processing for converting requirements into test cases and AI-powered test data synthesis. Implement self-healing test scripts leveraging machine learning technologies to automatically update scripts in response to user interface or dynamic changes. Pilot predictive analytics solutions to identify high-risk areas within systems for targeted UAT coverage and enhanced risk mitigation. Explore no-code or low-code test automation platforms to empower business users in executing tests independently. Design logically clustered test batches based on business process, system module, or user role to enable efficient parallel execution of tests. Coordinate with DevOps teams to dynamically provision isolated test environments using containerised setups while monitoring and resolving cross-workstream conflicts such as shared data or API rate limits. What you bring: To excel as a Senior Project Manager User Acceptance Testing Chinese Speaking, you will bring an impressive track record of delivering successful UAT initiatives within complex organisational structures. Your background should include significant exposure to both traditional project management methodologies and modern agile practices. You will have demonstrated your ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring rigorous attention to detail throughout each phase of testing. Your technical acumen allows you to confidently navigate AI-powered automation tools as well as sophisticated test frameworks. In addition to your technical skills, your interpersonal strengths—such as empathy, sensitivity towards team dynamics, and collaborative problem-solving—will be crucial in building trust among stakeholders. Your fluency in English and Chinese enables you to bridge communication gaps between local teams and international partners alike. Above all, your commitment to continuous improvement ensures that every project benefits from lessons learned and emerging best practices. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field providing a strong foundation for managing complex system projects. Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile methodologies (including SAFe), AI/ML credentials (e.g., Google AI), or DevOps are highly preferred for demonstrating advanced project management capabilities. At least 12 years’ proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing for large-scale enterprise programmes involving multiple concurrent workstreams. Hands‑on expertise with AI/ML testing tools or process automation platforms such as Robotic Process Automation or Copilot for test scripting is essential for this role. Proficiency in utilising test automation frameworks alongside AI‑augmented testing techniques ensures effective delivery of high‑quality outcomes. Familiarity with environment orchestration tools as well as Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines enables seamless coordination across technical teams. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically while maintaining positive relationships across all levels of the organisation. A forward‑thinking mindset that continuously evaluates new tools and methods to enhance UAT efficiency through innovation‑driven approaches. Experience working with generative AI solutions like ChatGPT for ideation of test cases would be advantageous in this position. Excellent communication abilities in both written and spoken English as well as Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are required for effective engagement with diverse teams.
