What the role is? Create, lead, implement, and monitor assigned strategic projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. Provide high‑level support for agency and departmental facilities management, overseeing operational efficiency, space planning, and resource allocation to ensure a productive and compliant work environment. Lead, coordinate, and conduct monthly and annual senior management meetings. This includes setting agendas, curating content, ensuring productive discussions, and driving actionable outcomes. Analyse complex operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for management to support data‑driven decision‑making. Serve as a primary point of contact and manage all high‑level communication with regional directors, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and facilitating a smooth flow of information. Manage and oversee key departmental operations, including the review, monitoring, and enforcement of compliance with company rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures. Proactively identify areas for process improvement within departmental operations and management support functions, developing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and guide junior support staff or cross‑functional project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. What we look for? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Minimum of 8 years of experience in management support role of insurance industry Proven track record in project management and successfully implementing complex initiatives. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Sound verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C‑level executives Agile and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
