Job Responsibilities: Manage the logistics, coordination, and execution of events, including on-site coordination. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, internal teams, and various stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote pop-up events and enhance brand visibility. Create and manage communication materials, including social media content and all related event materials. Assist in preparing and managing budgets for events and marketing campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness. Facilitate and manage part-time staff for events. Collect and analyze marketing data from events to assess effectiveness and provide insights for future initiatives. Prepare post-event reports, including news clippings, traffic data, and other records. Promote agency proposition by social media through various initiatives, including region visits, mini-games and event lucky draw. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles in an agency, exhibition, or event company. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Willingness to travel overseas or work on weekends as needed for event execution. Familiarity with agency channels and industry trends is a significant advantage. Proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written). Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools such as Canva. Chinese typing is preferred.
