The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for international markets that align with our business objectives and enhance our luxury brand presence. This role requires a good understanding of the luxury retail in regional landscape and the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities Strategic Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that support overall company goals and objectives for international markets. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and platforms, strengthening brand equity in the region. Campaign Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of in-markets marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on brand, on budget, and deliver measurable results. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the retail sector. Budget Assistance: Assist in managing the respective marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and support data-driven decisions Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of all-round marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail with regional exposure. Hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing with demonstrated success; agency experience is a plus. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels. Strong Excel skills with an analytical mindset to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship at all levels of the organization.
