營運主任及董事助理/ Operations Officer & Executive Assistant 我們是香港持牌九年金融支付公司，始終秉持合規至上、安全高效原則的貨幣兌換及跨境匯款服務。 隨著業務穩步增長，我們誠邀具責任感、誠實及抗壓性強的「營運主任及董事助理」，協助公司日常營運及管理層事務。 主要職責： 協助處理公司的公共事務，包括文件的起草、編輯、校對和存檔，協調及跟進跨部門進度並及時匯報。 負責董事的工作安排及商務行程，包括會議、商務及社交活動安排。 代表或陪同董事出席部分活動或會議，能滿足彈性工時，配合董事的工作安排為先。 職位要求： 持有文憑或以上學歷，金融、行政管理、秘書或有金融、找換或支付平台相關專業背景者優先考慮。 良好的溝通能力和人際交往能力，能夠與不同背景的人進行有效的溝通和協調，保持專業和禮貌的態度。 具備高度責任感、細心謹慎，能處理敏感資訊並保持保密性。 積極主動，能夠高效地處理多項任務，確保工作的有序進行。 良好的中英文書寫及口語能力，懂普通話者優先。 福利： 年假 14 日 + 香港法定假期 勤工獎金 年終花紅 交通及膳食津貼 上班交通便利，鄰近黃竹坑港鐵站 #J-18808-Ljbffr
