We’re quickly growing the team, come & meet us Contact 如有任何疑問，歡迎 WhatsApp 至 直接填妥報名 Google form: Responsibilities 領導及管理店舖日常運作，確保達成銷售目標及提升服務質素 指導及支援 Educator 及店舖團隊，培養專業能力及促進團隊合作 改善營運流程，提高整體工作效率，確保營運順暢 維持良好顧客服務，積極推廣環保惜食理念及產品知識 執行公司政策及培訓計劃，促進團隊成長 處理日常行政工作，包括收銀系統操作及排班安排 需監督及管理不少於6間零售店鋪 Qualifications 中五或以上學歷，擁有零售或連鎖店管理經驗者優先 具備良好領導能力、責任感、組織及溝通技巧 有責任感、主動積極及具團隊合作精神 輪班工作，每周 5 天，每天約 9.5 小時（包括 1 小時有薪飯鐘） 每 4 個月參與團隊康樂或義工活動 Benefits and Compensation 平均 $28K-31K 以上薪酬 每月營業佣金、個人表現獎獎金、培訓獎金、神秘顧客獎金、港島交通補貼 門診及住院福利（按入職年期而定） 13-17 日有薪年假及法定假日（包括生日假） 有薪病假／婚假／產假／恩恤假 年輕活力的工作環境 專業在職培訓及良好晉升機會 員工購物優惠 強積金 Role Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Other Industry: Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
