This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will initiate and implement cutting‑edge data & analytics programmes for top‑tier financial services clients. As a Data Consultant, you will develop the HK Data Practice capabilities and contribute to the broader Global Data Practice, supporting topics such as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. KEY REQUIREMENTS Ability to create a collaborative culture, drive talent development, and mentor those developing their careers in data Strong commercial focus and ability to develop client relationships, lead sales opportunities, and drive data propositions Comfortable working across multiple projects and initiatives, driving growth of new and existing data capabilities, engaging stakeholders Desire to build market networks and relationships, enhancing market awareness of the HK Data Practice, engaging with technical and non‑technical audiences in finance and other industries SKILLS & EXPERTISE Consulting and banking/financial services experience Understanding of data & analytics concepts such as Data Architecture, Business Intelligence, Data Ethics Lineage, Data Models, Data Quality, Data Analysis, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Literacy Ability to develop relationships with a wide variety of clients, from C‑suite to technical resources Desired experience in financial services or related industries; interest in financial services acceptable Desired experience in programme execution, business analysis, and change management – proven ability to shape, design, and manage execution of data changes WHY JOIN CAPCO?
