Senior Consultant – Enterprise Data & AI Transformation At Capgemini Invent, we blend strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to deliver cutting‑edge solutions, superpowered by technology with purpose. Your Role Drive large‑scale enterprise data and AI transformations across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Lead complex, high‑impact engagements and orchestrate end‑to‑end transformation initiatives across data, AI, and business innovation. Architect and lead large‑scale digital transformation programmes that align data, AI, and business reinvention. Support design of end‑to‑end AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions, including Classical AI/ML, Computer Vision, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration layers. Build and present demos and proof‑of‑concepts using a variety of AI/GenAI tools, frameworks, and models. Work closely with clients to translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions and actionable strategies. Drive architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define future‑state solutions. Guide clients in designing AI‑driven organisations, embedding AI capabilities into their core, and unlocking new sources of value. Connect strategy to execution, helping clients define AI operating models, GenAI or Agentic AI‑enabled transformation, data governance, and data strategy. Support business development activities in shaping, selling, and delivering large‑scale consulting deals. Coach and mentor junior consultants with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. Your Profile Proven track record in consulting with 5+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, AI transformation, data strategy, or AI‑enabled innovation. Experience shaping, selling, and delivering large‑scale consulting deals (USD multi‑million) with clear value delivered to clients. Proven track record delivering projects in data and AI transformation, data & AI strategy, GenAI, RAG, Machine Learning. Exposure to engage with senior stakeholders across industries, with strong storytelling, influence, and negotiation skills. Good foundational understanding of AI/ML/LLM and willingness to learn advanced frameworks (prior experience mandatory). Innovation mindset: Passion for applying emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, data platforms, automation) to solve business problems creatively. It Would Be a Bonus If You Have Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and AI platforms. Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector). Regional experience across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets.
