Head of Customer Success (SaaS, Payment) As a Head of Customer Success (SaaS Solution, Payment), your main responsibilities will include: Develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with regional and global goals. Manage full client lifecycle: onboarding, monitoring, renewals, and upselling. Build strong client relationships, understand operational needs, and coordinate internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Monitor customer and market trends., identify risks, and implement retention strategies. Lead and grow the SEA customer success team, driving performance and collaboration. Analyse customer data to optimize strategies and improve service efficiency. Develop customer success strategies and plans tailored to the SEA market, ensuring alignment with the company's overall overseas business objectives to enhance customer lifetime value and renewal rates. Oversee full life cycle management of SEA clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to elevate satisfaction and loyalty. Deeply understand client needs and operational pain points, coordinating internal resources (e.g., product, tech, operations) to deliver customised solutions. Ensure successful adoption of food service SaaS products and tangible business value enhancement. A successful Head of Customer Success (SaaS Solution) should have: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Proven experience in managing customer success within a SaaS / Fintech / Payment environment. 5+ years in customer success, with 3+ years in Southeast Asia. Experience in restaurant SaaS or tech sectors preferred. Strong data analysis, CRM proficiency, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
