The Program Manager is responsible for identifying and finalizing project/implementation scope, developing detailed implementation plans including internal, client and third‑party resourcing, managing and coordinating with all resources to ensure a successful, on‑time, quality implementation per plan, generating weekly status reports, holding weekly status meetings with the client and project team, scheduling and leading steering committee meetings with C‑level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management, serving as a trusted relationship manager, managing and reporting on the budget, recommending continuous service improvements, and leading the transition from Sales to Global Delivery and then to Client Services upon implementation. Job Summary The Program Manager oversees the full implementation lifecycle, acting as the central point of contact from project kick‑off through steady‑state transition, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Identify and finalize project/implementation scope. Develop detailed implementation plans, including internal, client and third‑party resourcing. Manage and coordinate with internal, client and third‑party resources to ensure a successful, on‑time and quality implementation per plan. Generate weekly status reports and hold weekly status meetings with client and project team. Schedule and lead steering committee meetings with C‑level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management. Manage and report on budget for implementation. Seek out, recommend and implement continuous service improvements. Serve as a trusted relationship manager responsible for timely, accurate, and thorough responses to all client inquiries and a successful transition to the steady‑state servicing team. Act as a bridge between various business stakeholders, including Client Servicing, Sales, and Development teams. Run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight. Required Skills Expert technical skills in JIRA, Excel, Clarizen and Salesforce; ability to evaluate and recommend additional tools as needed. Financial Services experience (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc.). Project management in a matrix reporting environment. Investment accounting and reporting knowledge. Familiarity with Software‑as‑a‑Service platforms and delivery model. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem‑solving abilities. Education and Experience Bachelor’s and master's in Finance or Accounting. 9+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients. Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space. Consulting experience. Securities or financial markets experience.
