Responsibilities Be the “Hunter” role for customer acquisition in order to drive more customer numbers. Assigned to branches of the network as base and to source customer including and not limited to nearby residential estate, office buildings, government departments etc. Open account, complete application & related documentation for customers. Keep abreast of the latest product/market knowledge to demonstrate high level of functional competencies and professionalism when interacting with customers. Handshake all Treasures customer properly to TRM for relationship building & follow-up. Provide superior service to customers in accordance with the Bank’s required service standards. Help to support ad hoc project which required by management or project base, if necessary. Requirements Degree holder in related disciplines. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in sales and service. Knowledge of general banking products and services is preferred. Good network and connections in Shenzhen is an advantage. Customer-focused and with a flair for selling. MUST be registered TR (Long Term (excl. linked long term)) with passes in IIQE papers 1 & 3; or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin & English are required. HKIB Certified Banker preferred. Fulfillment of requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework preferred.
